These sub sandwich rolls are easy to make and most of the ingredients you probably already have on hand in your pantry. The only extra ingredients are the cheese and the Italian seasoning you add on top. Once you make these rolls, you add whatever sandwich toppings you want to create your favorite sub sandwich. Once you try this Subway copycat recipe, you’ll always want to make them homemade instead.
We love making homemade breads because we can control all the ingredients added. We know exactly what is added to our bread and there are no hidden ingredients or preservatives. And also, you really can’t beat them hot and fresh from the oven. If you don’t like Italian seasoning, leave it off. If you want another seasoning, just add that instead and make these sub rolls your own!
