Recipe Notes
To make garlic bread: Combine 1 1/2 tablespoons of seasoning mix with 1/2 cup of softened butter and spread on a loaf of Italian or French Bread that has been cut in half length wise. Place under the broiler for a few minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Also great to use on pasta, pizza, potatoes, salads or sandwiches!
How long will it keep?
This seasoning mix will keep for several months or longer if stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Basically, as long as the parmesan cheese is good everything else will keep for the same duration. Simply shake if before use as the seasoning mix does tend to clump together as it sits in the refrigerator.
