Today we’re sharing a recipe for a Homemade Electrolyte Drink. This simple and easy drink recipe is the perfect remedy when you are wanting to rehydrate yourself.
This is a great drink recipe and it actually tastes good too. It is an excellent alternative to the store-bought electrolyte drinks that have been sitting in plastic for months at a time and have a laundry list of unpronounceable ingredients.
Another great thing about this recipe is that it uses a total of 4 ingredients and takes only a couple of minutes to make. You could replace the honey with sugar or an alternative sweetener like stevia if you needed it to be keto or have other dietary restrictions.
Do you have a cold or flu? If you play a lot of sports and are in need of a healthy drink alternative. Or do you live in a hot climate and need a good drink for hydration? Try this homemade electrolyte drink recipe. It’s easy, full of flavor and is made from natural ingredients.

You can also get creative with what flavor your electrolyte drink is by the type of fruit juice you use to make the drink.
