How long will this seasoning keep?

This Italian Seasoning stores well.  We keep ours in an airtight container in our spice cabinet.  We have stored this mix at room temperature for at least a couple of months and haven’t had any problems with it going bad.  If you don’t believe you will use it up in time or have concerns about it not keeping, make smaller batches.
