All about Cinnamon Sugar Bread
This bread is so amazing! The bread itself is a moist vanilla bread and the cinnamon sugar crust is the perfect addition. It is not overly sweet like some quick breads making it the perfect make ahead breakfast or snack option. You can even swap out more ingredients to make the recipe even healthier and it will still taste amazing.
This is a really easy recipe and only takes about 10 minutes or less to mix all the ingredients together and pour into your bread pans. You then make the cinnamon sugar mixture that you sprinkle and swirl into the top of each loaf before baking. This recipe makes two regular size bread loaves or five mini loaves. You bake about the same time but just a little bit longer for the regular loaves.
