This creamy and cheesy instant pot hamburger helper is the perfect quick and easy weeknight meal!
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 cups cheese, shredded
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 16 oz elbow macaroni (2 cups)
- 8 oz milk or heavy cream (1 cup)
Instructions

Saute ground beef, onion, and seasonings until meat is cooked through and no longer pink.

Pour in uncooked pasta and broth.

Place instant pot on manual high pressure for 4 minutes.

Do a quick release and add milk and then slowly stir in cheese.
