Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt

This 5-ingredient frozen yogurt is creamy, delicious, and peanut buttery!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain or vanilla yogurt add 1 tsp vanilla for plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sweetener, sugar, maple syrup or erythritol

Instructions

  1. Whisk all ingredients until completely smooth.

  2. If you have an ice cream maker, churn according to machine directions. If you don't, you can either freeze in an ice cube tray and later blend in a high-speed blender or you can freeze the entire mixture in a container, taking it out to stir every twenty minutes until it is thick and smooth.

Recipe Notes

You can substitute Greek yogurt for higher protein content.  Feel free to use your favorite sweetener, such as pure maple syrup, regular sugar, coconut sugar or erythritol for sugar free option.  You can also skip the sweetener and blend in an overripe banana or dates as desired.  If using a liquid sweetener, omit the milk of choice.
