A delicious blend of kielbasa, rice and veggies for a bowl of comfort food.
Pre-cook 2 cups of dry rice of your choice. You can use white or brown rice.
Saute bell pepper and onion. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add kielbasa and continue to cook for a minute to warm up the sausage.
Add the can of diced tomatoes.
Add tony's or steak seasoning to taste.
Add your cooked rice.
Once everything is combined, this rice is ready to eat.
