Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup baking cocoa
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1 cup Reese's Pieces Mini or Regular sized

Instructions

  1. Cream together butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar.

  2. Add the egg and vanilla. Mix until light in color and creamy.

  3. Add in the dry ingredients (flour, baking cocoa, baking soda and salt), mix into the dough. When the dry ingredients are about halfway mixed in, add the milk to the dough. Mix until completely combined. The dough will be very soft.

  4. Fold in the peanut butter chips and Reese's Pieces.

  5. Use a cookie scoop to scoop or roll the dough into equal sized balls. Chill the dough balls for at least one hour.

  6. When you're ready to bake your cookies, preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

  7. Arrange your cookies as you would for baking. Make sure not to bake too many cookies on a pan as they will spread slightly during baking. Bake cookies for about 9 minutes or until the cookies are puffy and no longer glossy on top.
