Frozen Peanut Butter Pie

Today we’re sharing a recipe for frozen peanut butter pie.  This peanut butter pie is a family favorite and is the perfect pie on these warm summer evenings.

Why we love frozen peanut butter pie

This pie comes together so quickly and easily.  You can make a homemade graham cracker crust but if you’re short on a time, a store bought one works great too.  Just let your cream cheese soften and your cool whip to thaw and you’re ready to make peanut butter pie.

If you refrigerate this pie after you make it, then it is a fluffier pie like many other pudding or cool whip pies.  We prefer to store the pie in the freezer and to take it out to cut pieces for serving as needed.  When you store it in the freezer it almost has the texture of ice cream.  So, then you feel like you’re eating a peanut butter ice cream pie.  It is hands down delicious and so refreshing.

Peanut Butter Blondies

Today we’re sharing a recipe for peanut butter blondies.  This blondie recipe is the perfect combination of a peanut butter cookie and a blondie.  If you love both of these sweet treats then you are sure to love peanut butter blondies too!

All about Peanut Butter Blondies

Sometimes you just can’t get enough peanut butter.  You have it on toast or make peanut butter and jelly sandwiches but you still keep craving it.  You then find yourself getting spoonfuls of peanut butter from the jar.  If this sounds like you, and you’re a peanut butter lover too, this is the cookie bar for you!

The blondie is an all-time great base recipe and you can pretty much add anything to make it your own.  We have tried so many different additions and they have been nothing but delicious.  But this peanut butter blondie is down right amazing, you get all the rich and fudgy flavors of the blondie with a hint of a peanut butter cookie.

The best way to make this recipe is to start off with melted butter.  We’ve tried using softened butter before, but it does not give it the fudgy, rich center.

In a large bowl or a mixing bowl, combine the wet ingredients and then add in the dry ingredients.  You can either use parchment paper, aluminum foil or a baking dish sprayed with cooking oil.  You then will add in the blondie batter and bake for about 20-25 minutes.  You will need to let the blondies completely cool before slicing.
