This Vanilla Brown Sugar Iced Latte is smooth, creamy, cozy, and incredibly easy to make at home. Made with instant espresso, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and milk, this budget-friendly coffee drink tastes just like a coffeehouse favorite for a fraction of the price.

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp instant espresso blonde or nescafe gold
  • 2 1/2 oz hot water
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 dollop vanilla paste or 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • a shake of cinnamon
  • a pinch of salt
  • 6 oz milk of your choice
  • ice

Instructions

  1. In a small glass or bowl, combine the instant espresso and hot water. Stir until completely dissolved.

  2. Add the brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and pinch of salt. Mix well until the sugar melts into the espresso mixture.

  3. Fill a tall glass with ice.

  4. Pour in the 6 oz of milk.

  5. Slowly pour the espresso mixture over the milk and ice.

  6. Stir gently and enjoy immediately.

  • Sweet cream cold foam
  • Caramel drizzle
