Cut your tortillas into wedges. Each tortilla should cut into 6 triangles.
Evenly spread your tortilla triangles onto your parchment lined baking sheet.
Spray lightly with the cooking spray of your choice.
Lightly sprinkle your choice of spices onto the chips. We typically use chili powder, cumin, and salt.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
