Ingredients

  • 2 cups ice
  • 1 1/2 - 2 cups cold brew or 3 teaspoons instant espresso
  • 11.5 oz protein shake
  • 1 shot flavored syrup or creamer

Instructions

  1. Fill a large glass or mason jar with 2 cups of ice.

  2. Pour in the cold brew coffee. If using instant espresso, dissolve 3 teaspoons of instant espresso in 1½–2 cups cold water before adding it to the glass.

  3. Add the 11.5-ounce protein shake.

  4. Stir in a shot of flavored coffee syrup or a splash of flavored coffee creamer to taste.

  5. Mix everything together with a straw or spoon until well combined.

  6. Enjoy immediately!
