  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp cumin

  • 1 bag of frozen or fresh shrimp of your choice
  • 2-3 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • rice, cooked of your choice
  • beans, cooked of your choice
  • salsa, sour cream, and guacamole to taste

  1. Slice bell peppers and onions.

  2. Prepare steaks in marinade dish and top with bell peppers and onions.

  4. Place in the refrigerator and marinade for at least 24 hours and up to a couple of days, turning or moving the contents ever so often.

  5. Prepare rice and beans or other side dish to be hot when steaks and shrimp are done.

  6. Remove steaks from marinade and set aside.

  7. Heat pan and pour marinade and vegetables into pan.  Cook on medium-high heat for 10-15 minutes.

  9. Add your shrimp to the pan with the marinade and vegetables when you have just a few minutes remaining until your steaks are complete.  Add sooner if they are frozen shrimp as they will take longer.
