The best and easiest candy recipe that comes together in less than 30 minutes with only 5 ingredients!
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Line a cookie sheet with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Place your saltine crackers on a prepared baking sheet in even rows, set aside.
In a saucepan, melt together your butter and brown sugar and bring to a boil, continue cooking for 3 minutes. Stir continuously.
Pour butter and brown sugar mixture over saltines and spread out evenly. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with chocolate chips. Let sit for about 5 minutes.
Spread melted chocolate evenly over crackers and then add sprinkles, chopped pecans or other toppings. Let harden and once pan is cooled transfer to freezer.
After about an hour, remove pan from freezer and break candy into pieces. Transfer to an airtight container or bag for storage.
