Butterscotch Blondies

Simple blondie recipe with butterscotch chips

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch chips

Instructions

  1. Combine butter with granulated sugar and brown sugar. Add egg and vanilla. Mix well.

  2. Add baking powder, flour and mix until combined. Fold in chips.

  3. Spread into a greased or lined 9 x 9 inch baking pan. Bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Let cool before cutting into 16 small or 9 large squares.
