This delicious roast beef slow cooks to make a tender roast beef with a yummy sauce. Best served on rolls or over mashed potatoes, rice or pasta.
Throw all ingredients in the crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
Remove roast from crockpot and shred.
Reduce gravy with cornstarch slurry.
Serve roast beef on buns or your choice of starch. Use gravy as dipping sauce or pour over the top.
