Balsamic Beef Crockpot Sandwiches

This delicious roast beef slow cooks to make a tender roast beef with a yummy sauce. Best served on rolls or over mashed potatoes, rice or pasta.

Ingredients

  • 3-4 lb boneless beef roast chuck or round roast
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flake
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • Rolls or Buns

Instructions

  1. Throw all ingredients in the crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.

  2. Remove roast from crockpot and shred.

  3. Reduce gravy with cornstarch slurry.

  4. Serve roast beef on buns or your choice of starch. Use gravy as dipping sauce or pour over the top.
