Ingredients

Dip Ingredients

  • 6-8 slices of bacon, diced and cooked until crisp
  • 2 8 oz packages of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 4-6 jalapenos, chopped and seeds removed
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup green onion, diced

Topping Ingredients

  • 1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded or powder
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir well.

  3. Transfer to an oven proof dish. The size of the dish depends on how thick the dip is. The thicker the dip, the longer it will take to warm up. We typically use a Pyrex baking dish or pie dish and the dip is about an inch thick.

  4. Combine the topping ingredients and sprinkle over the top of the dip.

  5. Bake the dip for 20-30 minutes or until bubbly.
