  • Johnny's Italian Seasoning
  • Italian Sausage, Browned
  • Salami
  • Pepperoni
  • Marinara Sauce
  • Shredded Cheese

Instructions

  1. Per sandwich, use one hoagie rolls or sandwich roll. You may have to slice the roll in half if it doesn't stay open.

  2. Place rolls in a cast iron skillet or oven safe pan.

  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  4. Spread each side of the hoagie roll with butter. Sprinkle buttered bread with Johnny's Italian Seasoning.

  5. Add a thin layer at least a couple pieces each of salami and pepperoni. Then add a layer of the browned Italian sausage.

  6. Add a thin layer of marinara sauce on top of the meat layer.

  7. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and more Johnny's Italian Seasoning.

  8. Place your pan of sandwiches into the oven. If you are able, leave the sandwich open. Let the sandwiches heat through for about 10 to 15 minutes. Then turn the broiler on and let them get a little more toasty.

  9. Remove from oven and place top of bun on sandwich. Cut sandwich in half.

  10. Serve with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
